Got Eats Test Kitchen was started to create and develop new recipes for our guests. As new ones are created we will post them here.
- Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning
Thaw Broccoli to room temperature. (may be done in microwave)
Cook rice while preparing the rest of casserole.
Melt butter in pan. Add diced onions, scallions, shallot sliced. Cook a few minutes at med high, then add diced chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Add minced garlic clove(s). Cook until chicken is no longer pink in center. Remove from heat.
Cut bread into small cubes for top of casserole. season with salt pepper and Italian Seasoning.
In a Casserole Dish mix broccoli, chicken, garlic, and onions. Spoon in as much rice as needed and mix. Add shreded cheese, Mayonnaise, and sour cream and some additional salt and pepper - mix. Place seasoned bread croutons on top and bake covered at 350-375 for 50 minutes.
Remove cover & continue to cook unil bread is toasty brown.

- pkg semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Starting:
Start by fixing sauce. While it is cooking, prepare the fruit.
In a double boiler add sugar, heavy cream, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Stir occationally.
Add Chocalate Chips when above is mixed.
Beat with a hand mixer and refrigerate for an hour.
Finishing touches:
Hot Fudge Fruit is a taste sensation that can be spectacular with some special presentation. Clean strawberries and combine with small slices of banana and kiwi in your parfait glass.
With a melon baller, place some scoops of vanilla, mint, or chocolate ice cream on top. Spoon sauce over once cooled. Sprinkle some cinnamon and nuts then garnish with mint. Usingf beautiful glasses will add to the visual appeal.
Variations:
This is such a fun dessert because you can easily make changes to it by trying other fruit combinations and omitting the ice cream.
Or create a great sundae made with ice cream, nuts, hot fudge and whip cream.
